PROJECT FITWhere is your factory located?

Our factory is located in Huzhou, Zhejiang, China.

SAMPLES & TOOLINGCan you provide product samples?

Yes. Samples are available for most products. An agreed sample or tooling fee may apply; once an order is placed, the agreed fee can be credited back. Freight is arranged and paid by the customer.

TIMING / EXISTING STYLEWhat timeline applies to an existing style?

For an existing style, production is usually completed within 30–35 days after the deposit is received.

TIMING / CUSTOM SOLUTIONWhat timeline applies to a custom solution?

For a custom solution, production is completed within 45 days after the design is confirmed and the deposit is received.

ASSURANCEWhat is the warranty period?

Our standard warranty period is 12 months. For damage not caused by misuse, we will provide a replacement with your next order.

SPECIFICATIONCan I choose the product color?

Yes. Each dining chair is available in nine colors: black, white, red, green, blue, orange, gray, purple and yellow.

COMMERCIALWhat payment terms do you accept?

We accept bank transfer (T/T), letter of credit (L/C), credit card and escrow, subject to the agreed order terms.
